What are sealants?
This is the Pre-Screen document you need to fill out before you can receive complimentary sealants. This is step number one!
Dental sealants are clear, protective coatings placed on permanent back teeth in order to prevent dental decay. Preventive services will be performed in the Medical Teams International dental van by licensed dentists and their assistants or hygienists
